La Sosta del Cavaliere is a Fine Dining restaurant where, starting from the raw materials of the territory, one can experience a journey through flavours and fragrances to be discovered or rediscovered, guided by Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani and professional Sommelier Michela Bigio.
La Sosta del Cavaliere was established in Torri di Sovicille, in the province of Siena, in 2013 and over the years it has evolved and transformed, maintaining its fundamental and distinctive elements: genuineness, seasonality and exaltation of flavours.
Grazie alla ricerca e alla sua inesauribile creatività, lo Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani oggi propone a La Sosta del Cavaliere una raffinata cucina d’autore che trova la sua primaria fonte di ispirazione nelle materie prime del territorio, molte a chilometro 0 e coltivate direttamente nell’orto del ristorante.
From year to year and season to season, Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani’s cuisine is enriched with ever new suggestions and contaminations for a diversified and exciting experience.

Fundamental is the care taken in the selection of wines and cocktails masterfully led by PROFESSIONAL Sommelier Michela Bigio, who completes and enriches the proposal of La Sosta del Cavaliere’s tasting itineraries in a symphony of flavours and aromas.
The kitchen and dining room staff, highly qualified and with national and international experience, together with the Chef and Sommelier, help to advise the customer and create for him or her a unique and unforgettable experience
