The Sosta del Cavaliere is a Fine Dining restaurant where, starting from the raw materials of the wonderful Tuscan countryside, you can make a real travel experience among flavors and aromas that you can discover or rediscover, guided by our Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani, Ambasciatore del Gusto.

The Sosta del Cavaliere was born in Torri in the municipality of Sovicille, in the province of Siena in 2013 and over the years has evolved and transformed, maintaining its fundamental and distinctive elements: authenticity, seasonality and exaltation of flavors.

Thanks to the studies, experience, research and inexhaustible creativity of Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani today the restaurant La Sosta del Cavaliere offers a refined gourmet cuisine that finds its primary source of inspiration in the raw materials of the territory, many farm-to-table and grown directly in the garden of the restaurantand is enriched with suggestions and contaminations ever-new that vary not only from year to year but also from season to season for an experience always new and exciting.

Very important is also the care in the selection of wines, masterfully conducted by Sommelier Michela Bigio, which completes and enriches the proposal of the tasting tours of La Sosta del Cavaliere in a symphony of flavors and aromas.
