The menus of La Sosta del Cavaliere were created by Chef Leonardo Fiorenzani as unique tasting experiences and are designed as sensory journeys.
For all our tasting tours there is the possibility to combine a wine pairing selected by our Sommelier, to enhance every dish with the right glass.
