The winery of La Sosta del Cavaliere was created with great care and passion by our Sommelier Michela Bigio.
The wine list boasts over 250 labels representing more than 170 national and international companies , with special attention to the Tuscan excellences chosen among the most prestigious and renowned bottles but also among the small local companies that produce real enological gems. A continuous evolution.
Our Maitre Sommelier, after the AIS diploma obtained at the historical Italian Sommelier Association has continued its study and research path becoming wine tourism Operator thanks to the countless visits in the wineries, meetings with producers, study trips and tastings.
Her mission is to offer customers of La Sosta del Cavaliere the perfect match for the dishes created by the Chef.
Her menu is not limited to wines but also offers a careful selection of spirits, craft beers, cocktails in addition to blends of coffee and herbal teas.
