


The Wine Cellar
The wine cellar of La Sosta del Cavaliere is made with great care and passion by professional Sommelier Michela Bigio. The wine list boasts over 250 labels representing more than 170 national and international wineries, with a special focus on Tuscan excellences chosen from among the most prestigious and renowned bottles, but also from small local wineries that produce true oenological gems in continuous evolution.
After obtaining her AIS diploma from the historic Italian Sommelier Association, the Maitre Sommelier continued her path of study and research, also becoming an Enoteca Operator and perfecting her skills with a professional bartender course. Thanks to countless visits to wineries and meetings with producers, study trips and tastings, Michela Bigio offers La Sosta del Cavaliere’s customers the perfect accompaniment to the dishes created by the Chef.
In addition to wines, the menu offers a fine selection of spirits, craft beers, cocktails and coffee and herbal tea blends.
